REVIEW PROCESS

IJAMS uses a double-blind review process. Before being sent to reviewers, manuscripts are pre-screened by the editorial office to check if the Manuscript is in accordance with the aims and scope of the journal, Nature of the study, originality of the results, quantity and quality of data, general conclusions and presentation of the work is also checked. It is also verified if the manuscript is written in the proper English language or not.

If the paper does not fulfil these criteria, it may be rejected at this stage without review. If the Manuscript is suitable for consideration, then the editor/ editorial team will assign the manuscript to a minimum of two peer reviewers to review the manuscript. LICENCE AGREEMENT

During the phase of publication, authors whose written works receive approval will be required to adhere to our publication guidelines. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

A conflict of interest arises when an individual or organization possesses a connection, whether personal or otherwise, that may compromise or disrupt professional objectivity or decision-making in matters associated with that connection.

A conflict of interest arises when there is a concrete relationship present, or when the potential for a relationship can be perceived. In both scenarios, journal Editors, Associate Editors, members of the Editorial Board, authors, and reviewers must disclose any Conflicts of Interest, whether they are actual or perceived, to ensure that necessary measures are implemented.

When submitting a paper to IJAMS you must declare any conflict of interest either in your cover letter or in your manuscript under declaration section.

STATEMENT ON HUMAN PARTICIPANTS AND USE OF ANIMALS

Research involving human or animal subjects typically necessitates ethical approval from an established body within the authors' institution. Discrepancies in ethical approval requirements may exist across different countries, prompting editors to consider either adhering to the author's country regulations or enforcing the ethical standards of their own country. Generally, ethical standards observed at the research site are preferred. All research articles should explicitly mention the ethical approval received, with a notation if no approval was necessary. Case reports and review articles usually do not warrant ethical approval. All researchers must adhere to ethical guidelines. Editors may reject manuscripts suspected of ethical violations or contact relevant authorities. More on ethical approvals.

Informed consent
In research involving human subjects, informed consent is mandatory, with declarations required in the manuscript. Explicit written consent is necessary for any individual materials in manuscripts, including images, videos, or information. If participants are deceased, consent must be obtained from their next of kin. Documentation should be available to Editors upon request, with confidentiality assured. Declarations regarding adherence to guidelines and ethics committee approval or exemption must be included in the manuscript. Editors reserve the right to decline manuscripts involving animal research that do not meet established standards, with communication with ethics committees for clarification if needed. More on ethical approvals.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

PUBLISHING FEE

Open-access articles published in our journals are freely available online. The journal doesn't charge any article publishing charge.

PLAGIARISM POLICY

Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation. We define plagiarism as a case in which a paper reproduces another work with similarity and without citation.

If evidence of plagiarism is found before/after acceptance or after publication of the paper, the author will be offered a chance for rebuttal. If the arguments are not found to be satisfactory, the manuscript will be retracted.

All the articles will be checked through Turnitin Software before the publication of the journal.

DIGITAL PRESERVATION AND JOURNAL'S ARCHIVING POLICY

Digital preservation aims to ensure continuous access to digital information through archiving electronic content, abstracting/indexing services, and author self-archiving. We do our best to provide high-quality metadata for digital archiving purposes. All our articles maintain good metadata and they are captured by the Google Scholar search engine. They are also available in the form of PDFs and readers can easily download and read the content of papers from our website. Yet, authors are encouraged to upload their articles on personal and institutional websites after publication.

ADVERTISING

It is journal policy not to have advertising as a source of financing.

DECLARATION OF USE OF AI

If AI tools are used in manuscript writing, the authors must declare it in the Materials and Methods or write a declaration at the end of the paper before References. The declaration must state which AI tool was used and the reason.
